Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we're here to make it right.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

Because our products are printed on demand specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns for the following reasons:

  • You ordered the wrong size (please check our size guide before ordering)
  • You changed your mind about the design
  • The color looks slightly different on screen vs. in person (minor variations are normal)

Exchanges

If your item arrived with a defect, a printing error, or was damaged in transit, we will gladly send you a replacement at no cost. Simply contact us within 30 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the issue

Wrong Size?

We understand sizing can be tricky. If your item doesn't fit, reach out to us and we'll do our best to find a solution. We recommend reviewing our size chart on each product page before ordering.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

Email us at powerful.individual.pi@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We typically respond within 1–2 business days.

Refunds

Once your return is approved and received, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
