Where are your products made?

All Powerful Individual shirts are printed and fulfilled in the United States using quality blank garments. Your order goes into production the moment you place it.

How long does shipping take?

Production takes 2–5 business days, then shipping adds another 3–7 business days within the US. So most customers receive their order within 5–12 business days total. See our full Shipping Policy for details.

How do I know what size to order?

Every product page includes a size chart. We strongly recommend checking it before ordering since our shirts come in a range of fits and fabrics. When in doubt, size up.

My shirt arrived damaged or with a printing error. What do I do?

We're sorry to hear that! Email us at powerful.individual.pi@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue and we'll send you a replacement right away.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Because production begins quickly after an order is placed, we can only make changes or cancellations within 24 hours of ordering. Contact us immediately at powerful.individual.pi@gmail.com if you need to make a change.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship worldwide. International delivery typically takes 10–20 business days. Please note that customs fees and import duties may apply depending on your country.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods available at checkout.

I haven't received my order. What should I do?

First, check your tracking email for updates. If your package hasn't moved in over 7 business days, reach out to us at powerful.individual.pi@gmail.com and we'll look into it for you.
